Daily Bread Ministries

In July 2012, we moved to our new 163,000 square foot warehouse on the Eastside of San Antonio. Here we gather donated food from local food sellers, catering businesses, produce markets, and farms. We have the ability to efficiently collect food resources in a timely manner and prepare them for redistribution through our central warehouse with the help of a large volunteer network. In 2014, DBM collected and redistributed roughly 6 million pounds of food and other basic necessities to its ministry partners. Our partners consist of halfway houses, inner city churches, children’s ministries, and other faith-based nonprofits. We provide these precious resources, free of charge, to our partners to use as a tool in ministering to those in need.

One week away and the Big Give is quickly approaching. The good news is that you don't have to wait until May 4th to start giving to your favorite nonprofit (which we know is us!). The Big Give has opened up the giving early, so if for some reason you cannot give on May 4, you can give beginning today!

Visit our Big Give page and help us reach our 2017 goal!!!

With your help we can continue seeing beyond the symptoms of poverty and continue impacting the lives of thousands.
